Job Summary
Our Contact Center Team is hiring up to 2 new team members who bring a strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and a genuine desire to create positive customer experiences. This role focuses on scheduling sales appointments through a mix of inbound and outbound phone calls, texts, and emails in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule sales appointments through phone calls, texts, and emails
- Utilize both inbound and outbound calls to achieve scheduling goals
- Route incoming communications to the appropriate department
- Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details
- Follow established scripts, processes, and scheduling guidelines
- Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout each shift
Position Details
- Work From Home position
- Full-time shifts available
- Evening or weekend availability required
- Pay range: $16–$18 per hour, with bonus potential (may bring pay range to $18 - $22)
- Zinga’s-provided computer equipment
- Reliable internet and smartphone required
- Must be able to remain on the phones and perform computer work for the full shift
- Quiet home working environment required
- Excellent attendance required
- Ability to start virtual training on 1/13/2025
