About Zinga's

Zinga's is a home services brand that designs and installs window treatments and outdoor living products, from shades and shutters to pergolas and patio covers. After years of proving the model in our own corporate locations in Indianapolis and Florida, we are now franchising, and we're building the team that gets every new owner from signed agreement to first installed job.

The role

You'll be the day-to-day project lead for a set of new franchise launches running at the same time. Each launch follows our NSO Launch Map: a structured, week-by-week plan that starts about 13 weeks before opening and runs through the first month in business. Your job is to keep every task, vendor, and owner on that map moving, flag risk early, and make opening day a non-event because everything is already done.

This is a builder's seat. We're tracking toward about two new franchisees a month, so you'll help turn a strong process into a repeatable machine.

What you'll do

  • Own the launch timeline for each assigned franchisee from signing through about 4 weeks after opening, then hand off cleanly to the franchise coaching team.
  • Run weekly launch calls with new owners: review checklist progress, assign next steps, and remove roadblocks.
  • Coordinate the starter-pack order (samples, displays, install equipment), vehicle and branding setup, and insurance and licensing documentation.
  • Set up and verify each new territory in our tech stack: CRM and lead routing in GoHighLevel, the Zinga's Estimator Tool, and JobTread for project management.
  • Schedule new owners and their first hires into our monthly training cohorts and track completion.
  • Partner with Franchise Marketing so local listings, launch campaigns, and grand-opening events are ready on time.
  • Keep the system-wide launch tracker current so leadership can see every opening's status at a glance.
  • Capture what slows launches down and propose fixes to the NSO playbook, checklists, and templates.
What you bring

  • 2+ years in project coordination, franchise onboarding, or operations, ideally in home services, multi-unit, or a franchise system.
  • A track record of running several deadlines at once without dropping details.
  • Clear, warm communication with business owners; you can hold people to a timeline without friction.
  • Comfort learning software fast. Experience with GoHighLevel, JobTread, or similar CRM and field-service tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; travel is light.
How we'll measure success

  • 100% of HQ-owned NSO Launch Map tasks completed by their due dates, with any risk to an opening date flagged to Operations within 2 business days.
  • Every pre-opening checklist complete before opening day.
  • New owners rate their launch experience 9+ out of 10.
  • First paid installs completed within 30 days of opening.
Why Zinga's

  • Ground-floor seat on a franchise system in its first growth year.
  • Clear path to NSO Manager as unit count grows.
  • Benefits: 401(k), PTO.
Compensation

$52,000 to $65,000 base + launch-based bonus, plus benefits.

This is a remote position.
