About Zinga's

Zinga's is a home services brand that designs and installs window treatments and outdoor living products, from shades and shutters to pergolas and patio covers. After years of proving the model in our own corporate locations in Indianapolis and Florida, we are now franchising, and every new territory needs a marketing engine that fills the calendar with in-home design consultations from week one.

The role

You'll be the marketing lead for every new franchise launch and the go-to marketing resource for owners after they open. You'll run our grand-opening marketing playbook, stand up each territory's local digital presence, and coach owners on the local tactics that turn awareness into booked appointments. Working with the NSO team, you'll make sure every launch marketing task is completed on time, including the work our agency partners own.

We're tracking toward about two new franchisees a month, so building scalable templates matters as much as executing them.

What you'll do

Launch marketing (pre-opening through first 90 days)

  • Track the marketing side of each launch with the NSO team so Google Business Profile, local website page, review generation, and directory listings are live before opening day, whoever owns each task.
  • Work with the owner and agency partners to confirm each territory's grand-opening plan is set: paid search and social, direct mail, home shows, and community events.
  • Track marketing readiness for every upcoming opening so the NSO team and leadership always know what's done.
Ongoing franchisee support

  • Coach owners on local marketing: lead response speed, review velocity, neighborhood canvassing, builder and designer referral partners.
  • Review and approve local marketing materials for brand compliance.
  • Report lead volume, cost per lead, appointment rate, and close rate by territory, and recommend adjustments.
Marketing operations

  • Follow up on agency-owned launch deliverables and standing reviews until each is complete.
  • Maintain the brand asset library, campaign templates, and the franchise marketing playbook.
  • Configure campaign tracking and lead routing in GoHighLevel with the ops and tech team.
What you bring

  • 2 to 4 years in local, field, or franchise marketing, ideally in home services or a multi-location brand.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile, Google and Meta ads, and review platforms.
  • Comfort reading lead-funnel data and turning it into clear recommendations.
  • Strong project management; you can run several launches on different timelines.
  • Confidence coaching business owners and influencing without authority.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or a similar CRM is a plus. Design skills (Canva or Adobe) are a plus.
How we'll measure success

  • 100% of pre-opening marketing checklists complete before opening day.
  • 30+ Google reviews per territory within 90 days of opening.
  • Owner satisfaction with marketing support of 9+ out of 10.
Why Zinga's

  • Shape the marketing playbook for a franchise system in its first growth year.
  • Clear path to Franchise Marketing Manager as unit count grows.
  • Benefits: 401(k), PTO.
Compensation

$58,000 to $72,000 base + performance bonus up to 15%, plus benefits.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $58,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
